The investment chief of the city’s Bureau of Asset Management is leaving November 7 for an unspecified new opportunity.
Analysts and consultants concur that EM public assets represent an attractive opportunity, particularly in comparison to opportunities in the US.
The change is intended to reflect a new era for the firm, including its global growth, according to CEO Stefanie Drews.
The company’s CIO, Susan Ridlen, retired in August, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management will now manage its portfolio.
