  • Patrick Charbonneau

    Senior Vice President and CIO, PSP Investments

    Patrick Charbonneau is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). With 19 years at PSP Investments, including six years as a founding senior member of the London office, Patrick brings deep expertise in private markets and a global perspective. He has more than 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector and was instrumental in building the organization’s infrastructure portfolio and team since inception of the infrastructure asset class in 2006. In 2023, he returned from the UK to become the first CEO of the Canada Growth Fund where he led the set up and the initial investments of the fund.

    In his role as CIO, Patrick oversees PSP Investments’ portfolio design and beta management activities, the fund’s overall investment strategy and the treasury function.

    Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business from Bishop’s University. He has been a CFA charter holder since 2002.

  • David C. Cooper

    CIO, Purdue Research Foundation

    David C. Cooper is the Chief Investment Officer of the Purdue Research Foundation, where he oversees investment assets totaling $7 billion. These assets include the endowment, operating funds, and retirement portfolios for both Purdue University and the Purdue Research Foundation.

    Previously, Cooper served as Chief Investment Officer for the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS), a $30 billion state pension plan. Prior to his tenure at INPRS, he was a Senior Investment Consultant at Anthem, Inc., one of the nation’s largest health insurance providers.

    Cooper currently serves on the Investment Committee and Board of North Central Health Services and is an Adjunct Investment Committee Member for the Lumina Foundation.

    He holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Butler University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.

    In 2015, Cooper received the Sagamore of the Wabash Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Governor of Indiana. In 2025, he was named the Daniels School of Business Fellow for Endowments and Foundations.

  • Konstantinos Grigoriadis

    Treasury Manager - Pension Investments, DXC Technology

    Konstantinos manages DXC Technology’s $11 billion pension plans (DB & DC), with responsibilities of portfolio management, strategic/tactical asset and risk allocation, selection, supervision of external investment managers, and fiduciary governance. His expertise includes liability-driven investing, institutional portfolio construction, and retirement plan strategy. He is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences on pension investing and global asset allocation. He holds an MBA in Finance from the American University’s Kogod School of Business in Washington, DC. Konstantinos is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF®), and Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS®).

  • Geeta Kapadia

    CIO, Fordham University

    Geeta Kapadia is the Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Fordham University, where she manages an endowment of $1 billion in assets and oversees all aspects of portfolio management. She joined Fordham in August 2022, following her role as Associate Treasurer of Investments at Yale New Haven Health System, where she led a team responsible for managing over $5 billion in assets.

    Before her tenure at Yale New Haven, which began in 2009, Geeta worked as a senior consultant at Mercer in London and Edinburgh. She also served as the head of marketing at Capital Metrics in Pune, India. Geeta earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She is a CFA charterholder and currently serves as the board president of Chester County Family Academy, as well as a board member of the FINRA Investor Issues Committee.

  • Geri Melchiorre

    Senior Director of Investments, University of Illinois System

    Geri Melchiorre is the Senior Director of Investments for the University of Illinois System. She joined the University System’s investment office in 2012 after spending four years with Northern Trust in the asset management division focusing on operational and investment risk management and prior to that, two years at Protiviti Consulting. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in finance and speech communication. Melchiorre is a CFA Charterholder.

  • Gbenga Oladeji

    Vice President, Head of Alternative Investments, Benefit Trust Investments, Johnson & Johnson

    Gbenga Oladeji oversees Global Alternative Investments for Johnson & Johnson Benefits Investment team. He provides strategic leadership for the program, plays an active role in sourcing and monitoring investments, and serves on over 35 investment advisory boards. Gbenga is also a voting member of the Plan’s Manager Underwriting Committee, which reviews all investment recommendations and allocation across asset classes. 

    Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Gbenga held various investment leadership roles at Casey Family Programs, JP Morgan, William Penn Foundation and Morgan Stanley. He is both a CFA and CAIA charter holder and holds an MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University as well as a BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Gbenga is passionate about causes that raise awareness of Sickle Cell disease.

  • Alyce Su

    CIO, Global Family Office

    Alyce Su is the Chief Investment Officer of a nine-figure single-family office, where she leads investment strategy and portfolio management across public equities, fixed income, and alternative assets including real estate. She is responsible for developing macro-driven asset allocation frameworks that incorporate interest rate cycles, inflation dynamics, and cross-asset relative value opportunities. She translates complex global market conditions into disciplined investment decisions while overseeing portfolio risk management, liquidity planning, and coordination with tax and estate advisors. Her leadership ensures that capital is deployed with both precision and long-term strategic alignment to client objectives. Previously, Alyce served as a Managing Director at a global alternative asset manager with over $100 billion in assets under management. Earlier in her career, she honed her macroeconomic strategy and rigorous market analysis through investment roles at PIMCO, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, and UBS.

    She earned her PhD in Physics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and holds both CFA and CAIA designations.
