Which Public Funds Take the Most Heat?

Of all allocators, public funds inarguably work under the most intense glare of media, political, and popular attention. But just how intense is that focus? 

We looked at the number of articles published online this year mentioning the five largest funds in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Asia/Pacific region. While not all attention is negative, we felt this represented a strong proxy for the scrutiny public funds work under.
