The appointments come as Churchill aims to strengthen its investor education and client engagement across institutional and wealth clients. The trio will report to Randy Schwimmer, the firm’s vice chair and chief investment strategist.
Repetto joins Churchill from iCapital, where he was an investment strategist focused on public and private market investment views. Pond joins the firm from BlackRock, where he was lead strategist for the asset manager’s wealth-focused private debt offerings. Graffy was previously managing director for private credit at consultant Aksia.
“As access to private markets broadens, the need for high-quality investor education has never been greater—and we take that responsibility seriously,” Schwimmer said in a statement. “Peter’s leadership strengthens our ability to deliver timely research and perspectives, while Mike and Brett will help translate those insights into actionable guidance for clients. Together, these additions enhance how we engage with investors navigating private markets.”
