Financial data services provider ISS Market Intelligence, Tuesday announced the acquisition of Family Office Access, a family office database and insights platform. The company’s database will add new capabilities to the ISS MI MarketPro platform, according to a statement from the acquiring company.
The database offers users visibility into thousands of additional sources of capital and family office data including profiles of family office professionals, information on investment mandates, contact information and deal insights, according to information from ISS MI.
“This acquisition strengthens our position as a comprehensive go‑to‑market intelligence provider for clients seeking growth in the financial services ecosystem,” said Ben Doob, global head of ISS Market Intelligence, in a statement. “By adding verified family office data, insights and connections to our platform, we will enhance our clients’ ability to identify the right investors, engage with confidence, raise capital and ultimately drive business growth.”
Following the acquisition, Danielle Patterson, CEO and founder of Family Office Access, will join ISS.
“Family Office Access is thrilled to become part of ISS MI,” Patterson said in a statement. “By combining our data and platform with ISS MI’s global data, research and analytics, clients can now connect with the right investors faster to drive meaningful, strategic relationships.”
