The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System and the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension Plan are co-hosting an event in November aimed at emerging managers.
According to the pension funds, the event will be held November 13 at LAFPP’s offices and is intended to provide guidance and networking opportunities for emerging asset management firms, as defined by the pension funds’ criteria under their emerging manager policies.
The event will consist of 25-minute in-person meetings with LACERS and LAFPP staff, available to managers chosen randomly from the pool of registrants. Prospective attendees are required to complete a survey by September 30 to be considered.
