Investure utilizes primarily a multi-strategy, multi-manager approach to investing. Our investment philosophy is fundamentally-oriented with a focus on quality and understanding underlying asset values. From an investment performance perspective, we believe there are two investment tools that can drive long-term value:

(1) asset allocation, and

(2) investment selection.

Our investment approach is equity ownership-centric as we believe this to be the best means for achieving risk/return objectives over the long term. While the portfolio is heavily invested in equities particularly private assets, we do maintain a stable, diversified asset allocation. We occasionally tilt the portfolio towards areas of perceived value.
§OCIO only: Open-architecture (no proprietary products used): Investment outsourcing is only business line.

OCIO + other: An open-architecture/manager-of-manager investment outsourcing platform as one of multiple business lines.

Implemented consulting: i.e. consulting firm that also has discretion over assigned assets.

Proprietary/non-proprietary: An investment outsourcing platform that offers proprietary products alongside non-proprietary products.

Other: OCIO Platform is something other than the 4 types listed above.
