Comment
LGIMA again qualifies for survey analysis with enough clients responding this year. Its scores are high enough in four categories to warrant top five league table status: overall satisfaction (4.27 out of 5.00), responsiveness to general inquiries (4.60), knowledge sharing (4.27), and new ideas & solutions (4.20). Fewer clients are “extremely satisfied” with LGIMA this year however, which is something the firm will surely want to keep an eye on.
