A NEWCOMER to our LDI survey, Wellington Management amassed a solid number of client responses in its debut. Judging by scores, however, clients seemed to notice areas in which their provider can improve, particularly in funded status attribution and timeliness of performance reporting categories. Other areas have higher scores—with the best being knowledge sharing at 4.18 out of 5.00. Still, significant improvement is needed even there in order for Wellington Management to be included in any league tables. Overall, not a bad start for this provider in this survey.
