FIDELITY appeared in this survey for the first time in 2016, and did so with scores at or among the survey’s highest in many categories. This year, its scores have dropped only a bit, but still the firm manages to make four of the survey’s seven league tables amongst a larger field of providers, and all of Fidelity’s category averages are solidly above 4.00 out of 5.00. Notably, two out of three Fidelity clients select the firm as a result of a consultant’s recommendation, which could be interpreted as a validation of the firm’s reputation among institutional gatekeepers.
