THIS is the first time that J.P. Morgan has garnered enough responses to warrant inclusion in the league tables and a write-up in this survey. The firm showed solid improvement in its overall satisfaction score, but there seem to be a few areas that could use attention, according to ratings given by clients. In particular, scores were relatively low in “new ideas and solutions,” where the firm also had its lowest scores last year. That said, two out of three J.P. Morgan clients are “extremely satisfied” with the firm’s overall offering—not all providers can say the same.
